We opened in 2016 because garage door work in West Tennessee was slow to show up and vague about price. Dale built Garage Door Repair Jackson around the opposite habits - a real answer on the phone, an arrival window that means something, and a number before the wrench comes out.
Three habits, and they are not complicated. We answer the phone with a person. We give a price before the work starts and it does not move unless you approve something new. And when a door is past economic repair we say that instead of selling a repair we know will fail. That last one costs us jobs occasionally, and it is still the right call.
We cover Jackson first and work outward through Madison County and the towns along the I-40 and US-45 corridor. If you are within about thirty miles and the door will not close, call - we would rather tell you honestly that we cannot make it today than leave you guessing.
